The Norris Arm Heritage Museum is the result of the hard work of a group of caring and devoted individuals who have dedicated their time and resources to preserving the history of Norris Arm. The Norris Arm Heritage Museum was officially opened in June 1999. The Museum is owned and operated by the Norris Arm Heritage Society. It contains large collections of local area photographs and artifacts as well as a collection of cemetery transcriptions for the local area.

Present programs, by performing and visual artists, which promote regional and provincial cultural activities through entertainment and education. Compiled (and filed in virtual museum of Canada) a photographic and biographical history of volunteerism by people of the region during twentieth century conflicts (world war 1 & 2, Korean war). Organized a revival of Eastport peninsula agricultural exhibition in October 2002. This traditional activity was dormant for 50 years. Sponsored and supervised the restoration of fishery built heritage premises in the community of salvage
